PTFE Teflon high temperature adhesive tape is a kind of high-temperature tape. Because of its special material, the temperature resistance can reach more than 300 degrees. However, it is easy to fall off  when many people use PTFE Teflon high temperature adhesive tape. What is the reason?

Reasons why PTFE Teflon high temperature adhesive tape is easy to fall off:
1. The used adhesive film is applied to the seams, destroying the initial adhesive strength of the original rubber;
2. The adhesive film is polluted and loses its activity, resulting in insufficient bonding strength;
3. The temperature of the joint industrial electric iron does not meet the requirements, so that the film inside is not fully melted;
4. The adhesive film is not placed correctly, and the glue on the side seam is not enough;
5. There is no pressure on the seam of the butt joint after bonding;
6. The thickness of the glue is uneven, the thin glue layer will dry first, and the thick place will not evaporate the solvent, and the initial bonding strength will not be formed, resulting in virtual sticking;
7. The alignment is not correct during bonding, and there is air in the bonding surface.
